Departmental faculty, supporting staff and students function like a close knit family which creates a very conducive atmosphere for student's development. The department does not have full sanctioned faculty in place however the existing faculty is dedicated, motivated and hardworking. The institute management encourages its faculty members to achieve higher qualifications. Staff members have published several papers in national and international journals and conferences. All staff members are approachable to students for any of their problems, whether academic or non-academic.
